On July 19th, Bill Pay will be changing the delivery time for paper check payments from 4 days to 5 days. With Covid-19 and the closure of some U.S. Postal offices, mail delivery has slowed slightly. We hope this describes the delivery time for payments more accurately, and reduces late delivery of checks. After this change, when you select a payment date within Bill Payment, the updated time will be reflected.
